Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using Home Economy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the service.

DT2 Software Solutions, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your household's personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

Home Economy is strictly a financial literacy simulation and chore tracking tool. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual accounts, chore payouts, simulated interest rates, and stock/bond trackers are internal household simulations with zero real monetary value.
• The platform does not execute real-world financial transactions, custody funds, or hold depository accounts.
• Home Economy does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between DT2 Software Solutions, LLC (or its creators) and any user.

Parent users are solely responsible for managing and supervising all child accounts created within their family workspace. By inviting or creating a child user profile, the parent confirms they are the parent or legal guardian and consents to the child accessing the educational simulation tools.

Parents retain full authority to create, edit, approve, or delete chores, mock balances, bills, and settings within their family tenant at any time.

Home Economy offers a free exploratory Sandbox tier as well as paid monthly and annual subscription plans.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• You may manage or cancel your active subscription at any time through the customer billing portal.
• Upon cancellation, paid features remain accessible through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DT2 Software Solutions, LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.
